All such rights are reserved. You may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your own personal educational use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any content in any format for business or commercial enterprise.
Terms of Enrollment
By enrolling in a class, you are offering to purchase a subscription service subject to confirmation of the order price. We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally through the Website portal.
To contract with cnabase.com, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method. You undertake that all details provided are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method used.
Refund Policy
Cancellation occurs when the participant provides written notice via email to support@cnabase.com. Eligibility is determined by the following:
- Request must be received prior to viewing course material.
- Refund requests must be submitted no later than 60 days from purchase.
- Students who have accessed or enrolled in the program/course material are not eligible for a refund.
- Requests after the 60-day deadline are not eligible.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days of cancellation.
